The staff at this hotel is excellent and very flexible, they make you feel very welcome. The location is magnificent, within walking distance to a beautiful botanic garden. Set in a quiet area, with bars and cafés conveniently close to the hotel.

Very clean, bright and newly furnished apartment. Good location to restaurants and the botanical garden.

The hotel is conveniently located near Queen Street Mall, supermarkets, restaurants, the city center, gardens, and the river. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice and consistently courteous.

I had a great stay at the hotel thanks to the very helpful staff. The brand-new room was nicely furnished and had a lounge and kitchen, which I appreciated. The location was magnificent, being only a 10-15 minute walk from a beautiful botanic garden. Additionally, there were bars and cafés conveniently located near the property. The restaurant served lovely food that was excellent.

Comfy beds and well-appointed room. Stunning river views. Location next to Close to free tram and supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the river and the Botanical Gardens. Excellent food in the restaurants such as Roti Place, located 10 min away.

Comfortable hotel for a weekend stay in Brisbane. The apartment is compact and features a TV area and lounge. I greatly enjoyed this property and would have stayed longer during my visit to Brisbane.

The location was great - close to pubs and the movies. Appreciated really quiet area.

1st stay was great no problems very comfy:)

2nd stay wasn't too bad but but beds were uneven & uncomfortable. Staff not up to scratch on the first stay, not welcoming or very abrupt..2nd stay wasn't too bad but still poor reception manners on the first night but made up for it on check out..lol wonder why??

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was magnificent, just a 5-minute walk to a botanic garden. The hotel was close to bars and cafés. The sushi bar was comfortable and well priced.

We liked the location of the hotel, and the rooms were a good size, good facilities, and easy access.

It was a little more run down than we expected.

The location is great and lovely with easy access to Parliament House Brisbane. The bathroom was clean and the room felt modern and functional. The staff was very pleasant and amazingly nice. We enjoyed our weekend stay and would have loved to extend it.

The staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean, Great beds and pillows. Sometimes you stay at places and the rooms stink, I did't find this at Oaks 212.Easy walk into the city.This is the second time I have stayed here and I would stay here again.

The venue is conveniently situated near parks, the river, the city center, and various dining options, making it easy to access all the attractions.

Very comfortable bed. Tasteful decor. Great having a sofa bed in the lounge area with a very good mattress so my son, who lives in the suburbs, was able to stay over a few nights which made my holiday so much better (able to go out for dinners, South Bank night life and early start to sightseenig and shopping). Very quiet location yet so close to everything and no noisy air conditioning (which I have had at other local hotels). Helpful and polite housekeping staff. I would stay again - good value for money.

Only thing was some old mold in between some of the bathroom tiles. I reported this and the housekeeping staff were quick to respond and made a great effort to remove it. Other thing was that the bathroom and kitchen floors didn't feel very clean (I didn't feel comfortable being barefoot in the bathroom) - it could just be the brand of floor cleaner. Also a suggestion to have a little vanity tray in the bathroom for the soap and toiletries (the complimentary ones) to rest on - I needed to use a dry washcloth to place down to rest the soap on as water sprays back from the tap and rests on the sink (just a thought for the future)
